Our
products are not shipped from USA, although Crypto Rock LLC headquarters are in
Nevada, USA, our two warehouses are located in Shenzhen depending on
the models ordered, your order will be shipped from these two logistics
centers. As a result, you will be responsible for paying the delivery charges.
For
processing and delivery times, they are currently 7-10 working days after confirmation
of payment (This time depends on our workload, those of our logistics
subcontractors, your payment method and the country of receipt). Certain
countries and regions, notably South Africa, Iran, India, Continental Africa,
South America and the United Arab Emirates, have slightly longer delivery
times. You will receive tracking number within 24-48 hours after your shipment is dropped at the freight service office for shipping.
Noted
that payments made in cryptocurrencies are directly exchanged in dollars with
us, therefore if a refund must be made it will be made on the amount in dollars
and not in cryptocurrency
Here are

For
payments by cryptocurrency (Plisio Commerce), it usually takes one working day
to validate the payment. After that please take into account a processing and
delivery time of 20-25 working days.
Refunds
All items
are non-refundable and orders not cancellable. (Except in
the case of damage and defects as specified in the product warranty)
You will
be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping the miner, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
